Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an accomplished Lead DevOps professional to spearhead the implementation of reliable and high-performance systems.

This senior role involves leading the development and maintenance of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure as code and configuration management.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of system performance and reliability metrics.
  • Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention and increase efficiency.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align SRE practices with business objectives and goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a deep understanding of SRE Concepts and their practical application.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in SRE DevOps practices and tools.
  • Have experience with hybrid work models and the ability to work effectively in such environments.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Show excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
