Engineering Excellence Leader Role Summary

  • Develop and implement tools, frameworks, and dashboards to enhance software development lifecycle efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify process bottlenecks and areas for technical improvement.
  • Promote and facilitate adoption of modern development practices such as test-driven development, pair programming, and code reviews.
  • Lead initiatives to improve engineering onboarding, knowledge sharing, and documentation standards.
  • Analyze engineering metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Serve as a liaison between engineering, DevOps, QA, and product management to align on technical excellence goals.

Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging tools to continuously enhance engineering effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in biopharma equipment operations.
  • Hands-on experience with operational excellence and process excellence.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SDLC, TDD, pair programming, and code reviews.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
