Market Research Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Market Research Assistant to support our team by conducting market research, data analysis, and reporting. This role offers hands-on experience in gathering insights to help make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, including databases, surveys, and industry reports.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data visualizations to summarize key findings and present them to stakeholders.
  • Assist in benchmarking and comparative analysis for client projects, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies relevant to clients, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations.
  • Help define research objectives and ensure that data collection aligns with client needs and expectations.
  • Update and maintain research databases for future use, ensuring that all information is accurate and easily accessible.
  • Field work for data collection, interviews, or on-site observations, conducting primary research to gather valuable insights.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate from Business, Economics, Marketing, BBA, MBA, or a related field, with a strong understanding of market research principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create engaging and informative presentations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
