Birla Opus is seeking a Painter Partnership Specialist to strengthen our presence in the market. This role requires expertise in customer-facing roles, with a strong background in sales or marketing.
Key Objectives:
- Enrol painters in loyalty programs, driving digital adoption and providing feedback on implementation gaps.
- Develop strong relationships with contractors and painters, leading to community engagement and activation.
- Collaborate with applicators and contractors for training sessions at painter academies, updating databases and tracking training status.
- Conduct technical inspections, handle dealer complaints, and resolve product issues within 5 days.
- Samples new products, coordinates with marketing teams, and plans shop meets and product presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with contractors and painters, coordinating events and activations.
- Conduct training sessions at painter academies, updating databases and tracking training status.
- Resolve customer complaints, conducting technical inspections and handling dealer complaints.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to sample new products and plan shop meets and product presentations.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.SC (Chemistry), Diploma in Paints, or B.Tech Civil.
- Experience: 4-6 years in paint industry or relevant field.
- Skills: Customer-facing experience, painting application skills, and R&D team experience.
