You will play a pivotal role in delivering robust solutions, working closely with our team and clients across various regions. Leverage your strong business process knowledge and expertise in key modules like Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Procurement to configure and customise D365 F&O modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customise D365 F&O modules (Sales, Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, etc.).
  • Work collaboratively with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
  • Participate in data migration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Gather and analyse business requirements, document functional specifications, and design scalable solutions in D365 F&O.
  • Collaborate with clients based in the US, Europe, and the Middle East for project delivery.
  • Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirement workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct UAT sessions and user training workshops.
  • Prepare project documentation including Business Process Documents, Functional Design Documents, and Training Manuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&O (or AX) Functional Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in key modules: Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management), Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales & Distribution).
  • Experience in Fit-Gap analysis, business process mapping, and solution design.
  • Proficiency in preparing functional documentation and test scripts.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
