**Job Overview**

  • We are seeking a seasoned Information Security Engineer to join our team. As an Information Security Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT security operations, with a strong background in security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, and endpoint protection.

  • You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing security alerts and incidents, conducting regular security audits and assessments, developing and implementing security policies and procedures, and staying up-to-date with the latest security trends and threats.

  • As a collaborative team player, you will work closely with other departments to ensure security controls are integrated into all business processes.

  • In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead projects and work independently.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT security operations.

  • Strong hands-on experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, and endpoint protection.

  • Proficiency in conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.

  • In-depth knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, and others.

  • Experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to lead projects and work independently.
