We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our US Individual Taxation team. This is a key role in our organization, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in US individual taxation.

This position requires a high level of expertise in tax planning, compliance, and return preparation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, reviewing and preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

  • 8-12 years of experience in US Individual Taxation
  • Strong client-handling and communication skills
  • EA Certification highly preferred

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain accurate records. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and prepare US Individual Tax Returns (1040, 1040NR, State Filings)
  • Manage complex tax scenarios, including FBAR, FATCA, 3520, 3520A, 5471, 8865
  • Lead client discussions and ensure compliance
  • Mentor and guide team members
