About this Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sustainability Specialist with strong experience in parametric building modelling using Rhino and Grasshopper, and a solid foundation in building physics and energy efficiency principles.

  • Develop and manage 3D architectural models using Rhino and Grasshopper for conceptual and detailed design phases to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop energy assessment models to optimize form, function, and environmental performance.
  • Assist in building performance simulations, focusing on thermal comfort, daylighting, shading, and energy efficiency.
  • Apply building physics principles to support passive design strategies and high-performance building outcomes.
  • Work closely with team members to integrate building energy performance data into the design process.
  • Prepare clear visualizations, diagrams, and technical documentation for internal use and client presentations.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Rhinoceros (Rhino) and Grasshopper for 3D modelling and parametric design.
  • Working knowledge of building physics, passive design strategies, and energy-efficient design.
  • Familiarity with environmental analysis tools such as Ladybug/Honeybee, Sketch Up, or IES VE is highly desirable.
  • Strong visual communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
