Senior AI Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of our Generative AI platforms.

This role is responsible for defining scalable agent orchestration frameworks, modular agent templates, and integration patterns to enable intelligent and reusable agent ecosystems.

  • Develop and govern the design of AI agent frameworks for enterprise-wide reuse
  • Design event-driven orchestration patterns to enable context-aware workflows
  • Drive platform integration across Agent Factory and other platforms to ensure consistency in observability and security patterns
  • Develop reusable agent templates and context frameworks to accelerate use case onboarding
  • Establish architecture standards for Responsible AI and data privacy within GenAI agents
  • Lead technical architecture planning across delivery sprints and vendor integration tracks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise software or AI architecture roles, with focus on LLMs and Generative AI
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing agent-based frameworks or AI orchestration platforms
  • Strong understanding of technologies such as LangGraph, Temporal, and vector databases
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Azure AI/AKS, and REST APIs
  • Demonstrated ability to influence enterprise architecture and guide engineering teams
  • Excellent communication skills
