About the Role

As a seasoned researcher, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and evaluating exceptional candidates for top-level mandates. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting our Head Leadership Hiring team in achieving their objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive industry mapping and tracking to source high-quality talent with relevant work experience, job profiles, functional expertise, and organizational set-ups.
  • Engage with candidates to understand their capabilities, strengths, and limitations before shortlisting and representing them to clients.
  • Create target lists of companies and executives to match client specifications and continue researching relevant information throughout the search process.
  • Evaluate resumes and conduct initial screenings (phone interviews) to assess candidate suitability and alignment with client requirements.
  • Manage databases accurately and ensure up-to-date records of candidates and market information within our company's database.
Qualifications

We are seeking a graduate/postgraduate in a relevant field with 6-10 years of experience.
