Web Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled web development professional to join our team.

Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves working on various web development projects.

  • Design, develop, and deploy web applications using PHP and WordPress.
  • Work closely with designers and front-end developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate complex integrations/microservices.
  • Optimize database queries and code execution for improved performance.

Required Skills:

  • Deep expertise in PHP and the WordPress ecosystem (hooks, APIs, plugins, themes, Gutenberg).
  • Strong SQL skills and proven experience optimizing queries for performance.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservice integration patterns.
  • Experience with React, especially for Gutenberg block development.
  • Proficiency in Docker/Podman workflows and Linux environments (WP-CLI, file manipulation, container ops).
  • A performance-minded developer: profiling, measuring, and optimizing code execution.
  • Good command of HTML, CSS (SCSS), and JavaScript (ES6).
