Job Role

A seasoned financial professional is required to take on a pivotal role within our organization. This key position demands expertise in finance operations, with a strong focus on management accounting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports, including Balance Sheets and P&L accounts, ensuring timely submission to stakeholders.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate GST and TDS filings, reconcile statements, and engage vendors for prompt payments.
  • Financial Audits: Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing support for audit requirements and preparing AOP statements as needed.
  • Month-End Activities: Update Financial Accounting Records (FAR), compute depreciation, manage prepaid expenses, and perform AP accounting within designated areas of responsibility.
  • General Ledger Review: Conduct thorough reviews of the general ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Ad Hoc Requirements: Provide flexible support for ad hoc financial requests, utilizing skills and expertise to deliver high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Accounting Expertise: Proven experience in accounting and financial operations, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Financial Reporting: Strong proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliation.
  • Statutory Compliance: Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Tally Prime and MS Office applications, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
