Project Manager Role
Sapiens is seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant PMO to join their team in Bangalore. This role will be part of Sapiens P&C division and will involve planning, monitoring, and maintaining project Information Systems.About the Job
  • Plan, monitor, and maintain project Information Systems (work plans, project budget, plan vs. actual, invoice lifecycle etc.)
  • Promote efficiency, cost-saving, and improvement to processes
  • Manage project timelines, resources allocation, budget control, and delivery tracking
  • Identify needs and allocate appropriate resources to meet project deadlines
  • Raise flags and act as a gatekeeper based on project priorities
  • Coordinate between project units (Design, Dev, QA etc.)
  • Manage and control project revenue and P&L forecast

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree - MUST
  • Project Management Certificates Advantage
  • 7+ years experience in PMO or project activities such as planning, control or budget tracking
  • Experience Knowledge in Budget management, P&L understanding, project Costs, and revenues, resource planning and forecast, tracking budget gaps and analytical skills - MUST
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning, organizing skills
  • Presentation skills - Ability to create & deliver presentations effectively
  • Deep knowledge of Excel and all Office applications MUST
  • Previous involvement with the creation of work plans, project scopes, and capacity planning a plus
  • Personal skills: Independent, hard worker, thinks outside the box, presentable, excellent interpersonal skills, Strong oral and written communication skills, prefer a fast-paced working environment
  • Relevant background in SW global companies Advantage
