Job Title: Product Lifecycle Supply Chain Project Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Strategist to join our organization and play a crucial role in driving the development and deployment of a supply chain strategy that meets the needs of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of all elements of product cost, including software, and be able to articulate the main cost drivers, cost reduction and cost avoidance activities. They will also have strong global program/project management background, including engagement with multiple geographic theaters.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving hardware & software supply chain readiness for New Product Introduction (NPI), using new monetization models and NPI requirements for supply chain enablement to set up NPI Programs. You will also drive supply chain strategy and overall cost management for NPI, executing against risk management between prototype and First Customer Shipment (FCS).

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or a related field, as well as minimum qualifications such as:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Understanding all elements of product cost including SW; validates supplier quotes and forward costing; able to articulate the main cost drivers, cost reduction and cost avoidance activities.
  • Strong global program/project management background, including engagement with multiple geographic theaters.
  • Understanding supply chain from sourcing to costing (identify accurate vendors, identify risk, lifecycle, licensing schemes) to influence supplier selection for NPI

Preferred qualifications include strong communication and influencing skills, experience communicating and influencing with cross-functional teams, and ability to use data analytic tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Tableau) to develop real-time views, analyze cost, spend, ramp, risk and communicate/develop conclusions and recommendations based on data.
