Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team. This role involves serving as an individual contributor in business finance and FP&A, performing financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and insights for informed decision-making. They will develop and present financial reports and dashboards to senior management, identifying financial trends and providing recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial planning and analysis
  • Budgeting and forecasting – revenue & margin
  • Cost management to improve margins
  • KPIs tracking
  • Business and delivery support (including pricing)
Qualifications
  • CA/MBA with specialization in business finance management or financial planning & analysis
  • 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in the IT industry
  • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
