Snowflake Lead Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development, enhancements, and production support for our data platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Snowflake pipelines, data models, and transformations to drive business insights.
  • Provide high-level technical support for Snowflake jobs, queries, and integrations, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Troubleshoot failed jobs, resolve incidents, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to minimize downtime.
  • Optimize query performance, monitor warehouse usage, and streamline Snowflake costs to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Manage service requests such as user provisioning, access changes, and role management to maintain a secure environment.
  • Document issues, enhancements, and standard procedures (runbooks) to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Snowflake development and support with a strong focus on data modeling and performance tuning.
  • Proven expertise in CI/CD pipelines and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) with a track record of successful deployments.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines and orchestration tools (Azure Data Factory (ADF)) to ensure seamless data integration.
