Key Responsibilities
- Clarify and align product specifications and requirements with customers and the technical product development team.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and risks to achieve project goals by considering the entire process chain.
- Specify product design, mould, and sampling requirements.
- Plan, participate in, and review samplings and mould qualifications under technical and economic aspects.
- Coordinate activities from design to pilot tool development to production mould development.
- Effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, and vendors to determine project requirements, coordinate project activities, and provide direction.
- Develop timelines, organize samplings, and set priorities.
- Coordinate QC testing with internal QC labs and develop sampling plans with customers.
- Coordinate design activities between customers and internal design teams.
Requirements
- Science graduates or CIPET/CIPET background preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Injection Moulding development.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well with other departments.
