- Build strong rapport via calls, emails, and consistent follow-ups
- Own and exceed sales targets through consultative selling
- 1–3 years of experience in EdTech sales, career counseling, or consultative roles
- Excellent communication & persuasion skills
- Experience in selling high-ticket or premium education offerings (preferred)
- Understanding of finance, investment banking, or accounting careers (a plus)
- Proficient with CRM tools and lead tracking
