  • Job Overview

This is a skilled professional position that entails delivering tailored training sessions to differently-abled trainees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customized training plans based on individual strengths, interests, and limitations of trainees.
  • Modify teaching methods, tools, and materials to cater to the special needs of learners with visual, hearing, intellectual, or physical disabilities.
  • Promote the growth of essential life skills and soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and time management.
  • Establish a safe, supportive, and inclusive workshop environment that fosters a sense of belonging among trainees.
  • Maintain accurate records of training progress, provide regular feedback to trainees and parents/guardians, and facilitate exposure visits and internships for hands-on experience.
  • Requirements:
    • Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working with diverse trainee groups.
    • Strong technical expertise in the trade/skill being taught.
    • Effective communication and counseling skills to support trainees' emotional well-being.
    • Ability to inspire confidence and independence in trainees.
    • Collaborative team work with therapists, educators, and social workers to achieve holistic development goals.
