Service Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service operations in the solar industry. This is a critical role that requires a high level of technical expertise and leadership skills.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing after-sales service support to customers
  • Handling customer queries and resolving issues
  • Managing service spares requirements and inventory
  • Coordinating with back-end/commercial departments to meet service replacement delivery timelines

In addition, the candidate will provide full support for data management and back-end operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or related field)
  • Minimum 12-18 years of experience in the solar industry
  • Proven leadership and technical expertise
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

You will also need to have a strong understanding of the solar industry and its key players.
