As an Expert Talent Sourcer at Net2Source Inc., you will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of candidates after understanding the job requirements and analyzing the fitment of prospective candidates based on their areas of interest, experience, visa eligibility, and location.

The ideal candidate should have a 4-year college degree in any engineering stream or equivalent experience. A minimum of 1-3 years of recent US Staffing experience serving Implementation partners is required, along with good understanding of US tax terms, visas, and geography.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for various open roles
  • Evaluating candidates based on job requirements and fitment
  • Building a strong pipeline of candidates

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree in any engineering stream or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of recent US Staffing experience serving Implementation partners
  • Good understanding of US tax terms, visas, and geography
  • Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills
