LFA Developer

Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled expert in designing, developing, and optimizing innovative Lateral Flow Assays (LFAs) for various applications.

• Lead LFA Design: Develop novel LFA assays with focus on sensitivity, specificity, and robustness.
• Hands-on Experience: Demonstrate expertise in all aspects of LFA development from conception to validation.
• Material Expertise: Strong understanding of LFA materials and their impact on assay performance.
• Experimental Design: Proficiency in experimental design (DoE) and statistical analysis for LFA optimization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of LFAs into existing products or developing new ones.
• Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with regulatory guidelines relevant to IVD product development.

• Education: Master's or Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Analytical Chemistry, or a closely related scientific discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3+ years of hands-on, direct LFA development experience in academia or IVD/medical device industry.
• Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of LFA development and experimental design.
• Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience developing LFAs for whole blood samples.
• Familiarity with advanced analytical techniques for characterizing nanoparticles.
