Job Title: Senior Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and MySQL.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Cloud Services: Build and optimize Python/MySQL backends hosted on AWS.
  • Software Enhancement: Enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot existing software applications.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, highly scalable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Bug Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve programming bugs and performance bottlenecks.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in backend development, particularly with web and mobile applications.
  • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Python and MySQL, with proven experience building scalable applications.
  • AWS Experience: Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Development Lifecycle: Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, and CI/CD practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Proactive, can-do attitude and ability to learn quickly.
  • Communication: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
