Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing, monitoring, and resolving issues in the Azure cloud environment to maintain high standards of system reliability and security
  • Designing and implementing efficient Azure cloud solutions to meet client needs, aligning with industry best practices
  • Performing routine checks and maintaining system integrity through proactive security measures and regular updates
  • Optimising cloud resources for cost-effective solutions, balancing resource allocation and budget constraints
  • Ensuring compliance with industry and company standards, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Providing technical support and training to users to increase system performance and value, enhancing user experience and productivity
  • Collaborating with teams to integrate cloud services with existing systems, fostering a culture of cooperation and knowledge sharing
  • Developing and implementing disaster recovery plans and data backups, safeguarding against potential disruptions and data loss
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for cloud processes and services, facilitating transparency and understanding across teams
  • Work closely with L2 and L1 teams along with Vendor support coordination, promoting effective communication and issue resolution
  • Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in cloud technology, remaining adaptable and innovative in an ever-evolving landscape
  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure, ensuring continuous improvement and optimisation
