We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse to join our team as an Operating Room Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the operating room, preparing patients for surgery, and providing post-operative care.

About the Role

  • This is a full-time on-site position, located in Chennai at Thaaimai Hospital.
  • You will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Responsibilities include preparing operating rooms, assisting surgeons during surgeries, and maintaining sterility and functionality of medical instruments.
  • You will also be involved in monitoring patients' vital signs, administering medications, and providing post-operative care.
  • Your strong communication and coordination skills will enable you to work effectively with the healthcare team to maintain a safe and effective operating environment.

Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid nursing license.
  • At least 2 years of experience in perioperative nursing, surgical procedures, and patient care.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
