Technical Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to manage and coordinate our Dynamics 365FO environments. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to utilize their technical expertise and leadership skills to drive success in this dynamic role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Oversee all levels of system administration support for our Dynamics 365FO environments, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
  • Release Management: Develop and implement release management and change management processes for Dynamics 365FO Coordinate, ensuring timely and efficient updates.
  • Maintenance and Support: Monitor and communicate maintenance notifications, as well as troubleshoot and remediate technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Development Environment: Deploy and manage developer environments, and assist with administrative support for other ERP systems.
  • System Integrations: Manage and maintain system integrations to other internal and external systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Postgraduate degree is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in system administration and technical leadership roles.
  • Skills: Excellent technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and effective communication skills.
