Senior Facebook Ads Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facebook Ads Manager to lead our paid social media efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take charge of deploying and optimizing Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns with a significant monthly budget.

  • Analyzing customer actions and planning A/B testing (content, ads, audiences, placements) are key responsibilities of this role.
  • The successful candidate will build a data-driven campaign structure combining with the team's content and design for effective conversion.
  • Maintaining and analyzing data from Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio or MMP (if available) is crucial in driving business growth.
Candidates Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should have at least 5 years of experience running Facebook Ads, with a strong track record of managing budgets exceeding $20,000 per month.

A performance mindset, ability to test quickly, optimize deeply, and expand with control are essential qualities required for this position.

Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, Event Manager, Pixel, CAPI, and other related tools is necessary.

Understanding of analytics and attributes such as last click, view, etc., is also critical.
