Azure Administrator for SAP Business One Environments

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Azure professional to support and maintain SAP Business One environments hosted on Microsoft Azure in a part-time, remote capacity.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and expertise in Azure IaaS/PaaS services, Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL Server administration.

Responsibilities include administering and supporting SAP Business One hosted on Azure (VMs, databases, networking, storage, and security), performing regular system monitoring, patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting, as well as managing Azure resources efficiently to ensure cost optimization and scalability.

Requirements:
  • Proven hands-on experience as an Azure Administrator (certification preferred).
  • Practical experience with SAP Business One administration (SQL Server/HANA knowledge beneficial).
  • Strong knowledge of Azure IaaS/PaaS services (VMs, networking, storage, monitoring, backup).
  • Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL Server administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in cloud environments.
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with Azure Security Center, Azure Monitor, and Azure Cost Management.
  • Knowledge of SAP Business One integrations with external applications.
  • Prior experience in SAP workload migration to Azure.
