About Our Team:
Job Title: Broker Relationship Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Broker Relationship Manager to establish, nurture and expand partnerships with Stock Market brokerage firms in India.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms and financial institutions.
  • Identify and acquire new brokers PAN India
  • Onboard new brokers to expand our network.
  • The Broker Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with brokerage partners (Brokers providing DEMAT account), coordinating trading activities, and providing support to retail investors.
  • Facilitate communication between brokers and clients, ensuring smooth trading operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring long-term engagement.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements to align with company objectives and broker expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance broker onboarding processes and trading platform integration.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships.
  • Provide training and support to brokers on our trading solutions and value propositions.
  • Regularly analyze broker performance metrics and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement broker-related promotional campaigns.


Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brokerage partnerships, financial services or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms and brokerage operations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to market changes.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in trading transactions
  • Experience in fintech or trading-related industries is a plus.
