Job Title: Legal Professional

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a seasoned legal professional with 10-12 years of experience in commercial agreements, corporate advisory, compliance, employment matters, and litigation.

Professionals must have prior experience in the manufacturing sector. They will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, providing corporate advisory services, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, handling employment matters, and representing the company in litigation cases.

To succeed in this role, applicants should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong knowledge of commercial law, corporate governance, and employment law.

  • Commercial Agreements: Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including supply contracts, distribution agreements, and licensing agreements.
  • Corporate Advisory: Providing strategic advice on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection, anti-bribery, and competition law.
