International Education Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused individual to guide students through their higher education journey abroad.

Job Overview:

The International Education Specialist will work closely with students to assess their goals, background, and eligibility for international programs. They will advise students on suitable universities, courses, countries, scholarships, and application strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct personalized counselling sessions to evaluate student suitability for international education.
  • Provide expert advice on university selection, course planning, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Support students throughout the admission process, including application preparation, documentation, letters of recommendation, and statement of purpose.
  • Guide students through the visa application process, ensuring they meet all requirements and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely reports to stakeholders.
  • Meet targets related to applications, offers, and conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends in international education and maintain relationships with partner institutions.
  • Participate in training, webinars, and internal strategy meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency essential).
  • Empathetic listener and persuasive communicator.
  • In-depth knowledge of the international education landscape.
  • Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated individual.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
