Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in incident management and service desk operations, with a proven track record of delivering timely and effective resolution of user issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage and resolve incidents efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and utilizing industry-leading platforms to track, manage, and report incidents and service requests.
  • Provide expert support for service desk operations, collaborating with teams to enhance service delivery and optimize IT processes.
  • To oversee networking infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity and data flow, and implement necessary upgrades and patches to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Deliver remote desktop support to users, ensuring seamless access to necessary resources and providing training and guidance on IT systems and tools.
  • Analyze incident trends to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive measures to prevent future disruptions.
  • To develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in cards and payments domain.

Required Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in incident management and service desk operations, with proficiency in Service Now platform for managing IT services.
  • Demonstrate solid experience with Windows systems and networking infrastructure, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Show understanding of cards and payments domain and its IT requirements, with excellent communication skills for user support and team collaboration.
