Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing personalized marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop personalized campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder.
  • Implement and configure Marketing Cloud Personalization to create tailored customer journeys and dynamic content based on individual behaviors and preferences.
  • Utilize Einstein Recommendations and Einstein Recipe to create AI-powered, data-driven marketing strategies that enhance campaign performance.
  • Manage data extensions, write SQL queries, and create robust data segmentation to ensure targeted and effective communication with customers.
  • Develop custom solutions using AMPscript, SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript), and SFMC scripting capabilities for dynamic content and automation.
  • Integrate SFMC with external systems through APIs (REST/SOAP) and ensure seamless data flow between platforms.
  • Optimize and enhance multi-channel marketing automation processes, focusing on email, SMS, and web personalization.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) within Marketing Cloud.
  • Perform A/B testing and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay informed of new SFMC features, tools, and best practices, specifically around Einstein and Personalization capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and delivering personalized, data-driven campaigns.
  • Proven experience in Marketing Cloud Personalization and Einstein Recommendations, with the ability to configure and optimize Einstein Recipes.
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and HTML/CSS for campaign development.
  • Expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and other SFMC components to create automated customer journeys.
  • Experience with Data Extensions, Data Views, and managing relational data within SFMC.
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) between SFMC and external systems.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Connect to integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience in developing segmentation strategies, dynamic content, and personalized marketing experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver solutions promptly.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Consultant certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM integration and Marketing Cloud Connect.
  • Knowledge of Datorama, Interaction Studio, and advanced marketing analytics.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy regulations.
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing solutions such as Einstein Analytics.
