Editorial Assistant

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Peer Review Administrators. In this role, you will be accountable for efficient peer review administration procedures using Scholar One Manuscripts TM, leveraging tools such as PubMed Central to research international experts suitable to act as peer reviewers for cutting-edge medical research.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing team supporting the peer review process, utilizing your strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service. As a Peer Review Administrator, you will work closely with the Reviewer Selection Lead to ensure seamless administration of peer review procedures.

• Efficiently administer peer review procedures using Scholar One Manuscripts TM.
• Research international experts suitable to act as peer reviewers for cutting-edge medical research.
• Collaborate with the Reviewer Selection Lead to ensure seamless administration of peer review procedures.

• Postgraduate qualification in MA Education, MA Continuing Education Management, or related field.
• Knowledge and understanding of the peer review process.
• Strong command of English spelling and grammar.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to be detail-oriented, accurate, and a problem-solver.
• Excellent organization skills and confidence in completing multiple tasks to deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to recognize process improvement opportunities.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office software is an asset.
