HireBloc is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Education Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding students through the process of selecting and applying to top universities in Europe.

Job Summary

We are looking for an exceptional individual with extensive knowledge of European educational institutions and admission processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visa requirements and be able to provide expert guidance to students throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advises Students on Educational Opportunities: Provide personalized guidance to students on selecting universities and courses that align with their career goals and academic interests.
  • Assists with Application Process: Assist students with preparing and reviewing application documents, personal statements, and recommendation letters.
  • Provides Visa Guidance: Offer expert advice on visa applications, accommodation arrangements, and pre-departure preparations.
  • Conducts Informational Sessions: Deliver engaging presentations and workshops on studying in Europe, highlighting the benefits and opportunities available.
  • Stays Up-to-Date on Industry Developments: Maintain awareness of changes in admission criteria, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Counseling, or a Related Field: A degree in education, counseling, international relations, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Educational Counseling: A minimum of 2 years of experience in educational counseling, preferably with a focus on Europe.
  • Strong Knowledge of European Universities and Admission Processes: In-depth knowledge of European universities' admission processes and visa requirements.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and university representatives.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • High Level of Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
