Job Description:

  • Manage day-to-day workflow to ensure maximum capacity utilization
  • Maintain schedule adherence for self and team members
  • Effectively manage operations by addressing absenteeism, erratic workflows, and ad-hoc requests
  • Ensure timely communication with the US offices through calls and emails
  • Prepare accurate reports and submit them to stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Perform quality checks on volumes processed by team members
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide process updates to maintain quality standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate or master's degree from any stream
  • Proactive approach to taking up new challenges and increasing self-exposure
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills with problem-solving ability
  • Good networking skills across the organization to get things done
  • Training skills to conduct process, refresher, and basic soft skills training
