Job Overview

The role of a Zonal Risk Manager involves overseeing loan sanctioning within specific zones, with a focus on post-disbursement analysis.

• Review and monitor loan sanctions to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
• Conduct field visits to interact with stakeholders and identify potential deviations or untoward practices.
• Analyze documentation required for file completion, both pre- and post-disbursement.
• Verify the authenticity of claims made by stakeholders through discreet reference checks.
• Present Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to senior management.
• Document local market practices and present findings to peers within the industry.
• Cultivate awareness among senior management regarding best practices adopted by competitors, facilitating alignment of bank policies accordingly.
