Statistical Programming Lead

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Statistician in our Biometrics team at Parexel, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of clinical trials and projects, utilizing your expertise in statistical programming and data analysis to drive results.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.

Statistical Programming:

  • Design, develop, and maintain SAS programs for data cleaning, processing, and analysis.

  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

  • Collaborate with data management teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Knowledge Sharing and Development:

  • Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure Parexel's continued competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in statistical programming and biometrics.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in SAS programming and experience with clinical trials.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Statistics or Biostatistics.

  • Experience with data management systems and electronic data capture.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines.

Language:

English (fluency required).
