Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of PR campaigns and strategies, drafting and distributing press releases, newsletters and media content, coordinating with media outlets and journalists, and monitoring media coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, edit and distribute press releases, newsletters and media content.
  • Coordinate with media outlets, journalists and influencers for coverage.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare PR activity reports.
  • Support event planning, press conferences and promotional activities.
  • Maintain and update the media contact database.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of public relations, media and communications.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with media professionals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Desirable Skills

  • Prior experience in corporate communications, PR agency or media relations.
  • Familiarity with digital PR tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision, Hootsuite).
  • Basic knowledge of content creation and graphic design tools.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or related field.
