Cloud Infrastructure Strategist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Cloud Infrastructure Strategist to lead the design and implementation of scalable cloud-based infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust micro-segmentation strategies leveraging technologies such as Cisco ACI or VMware NSX to enhance network security and reduce attack surfaces.
  • Manage and optimize cloud-based networking solutions within Microsoft Azure, ensuring high availability and scalability.
  • Develop and implement automation for infrastructure processes using scripting languages and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
  • Oversee patching cycles, vulnerability management programs, and ensure adherence to IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to maintain a secure and compliant infrastructure.
Required Skills:
  • Palo Alto Expertise: In-depth hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
  • Cisco Networking: Strong proficiency with Cisco ACI, extensive experience with Cisco Nexus and Catalyst series switches, and experience with AVI Load Balancer.
  • Storage: Practical experience with Pure Storage solutions and familiarity with Cohesity data management solutions.
  • Cloud & Security: Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Azure networking and infrastructure services, expertise in Federated Identity management, and expertise in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
  • Certifications: Relevant industry certifications such as Cisco Certified Technician, VMware Certified Associate, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, or similar.
Preferred Experience:

Previous experience working in the Banking or Credit Union domains is highly desirable.
