Job Title: On-Site Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination: Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

2. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, as well as regulatory requirements.

3. Safety Management: Develop and implement effective safety protocols and practices to prevent accidents and injuries on-site.

4. Resource Optimization: Analyze and optimize resource allocation to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

5. Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise and support to resolve engineering issues and improve construction methods.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, including daily reports, site diaries, and change orders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in construction management and knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
