The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise and leadership skills, as well as exceptional knowledge of software development practices to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing IT solutions.
About this Role:
- Determine business requirements to propose and implement fitting technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and other project team members during functional requirements definition.
- Conduct high-level technical impact assessments to support business cases and project initiation.
- Configure, Design, Build, Test, and Deploy solutions to optimize performance and scalability.
- Lead the solution and architectural design and implementation of SSFIM to meet business needs.
About You:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Commissions specialist roles.
- Relevant technology-related degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven end-to-end implementation experience in SAP Commissions with Oracle/HANA as a backend database.
