QA Engineer - Salesforce Testing

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced QA engineer to lead the testing of our Salesforce applications.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in functional QA testing
  • Good understanding of Sales Module (Salesforce)
  • Experience in testing Microservices
  • Proficiency in creating and executing test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios
  • Experience with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce applications
  2. Analyze and report defects found during testing
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  4. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testing best practices
  5. Contribute to the development of testing frameworks and automation tools

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce features and functionality
  • Expertise in functional testing methodologies and techniques
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and testing
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#)
  • Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., JUnit, TestNG, Selenium)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
