Structured Finance Professional

This is a challenging role where you will work closely with clients to understand their investment deal requirements in structured finance.

The role involves working on client portfolios by reviewing legal agreements and understanding servicer or trustee reporting. You will support clients with risk and exposure monitoring of transactions, calculate and monitor covenants, concentration limits, eligibility criteria, and Borrowing Base calculations.

You will also liaise with Business Analysts and Implementation teams for data accuracy on proprietary platforms, mentor team members to improve learning curve and enhance surveillance for clients, and assist in streamlining processes to increase efficiency and standardize SOPS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze client portfolios to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Develop and implement solutions to mitigate risks and optimize returns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of results
  • Mentor and train junior staff members to improve skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform business decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of structured finance products and corporate credit landscape
  • Proficiency in financial modeling using MS Excel
  • Familiarity with financial databases like Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Factiva
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience of at least 3-5 years with an Investment Bank, Investment Management firm, or Financial Advisory firm
