Job Overview
We are seeking an accomplished HR professional to lead and manage all aspects of human resources operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations Management: Lead all aspects of HR operations, including administration, payroll, compliance, audits, and process optimization.
- Talent Acquisition: Direct end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions, delivering efficient talent acquisition.
- HR Process Enhancement: Champion HR processes that enhance operational effectiveness, drive automation, and maintain best-in-class standards.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure full adherence to compliance and audit requirements, monitor labor law updates, and maintain statutory records.
- Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations, resolve grievances, and develop strategies to maintain a collaborative work climate.
- HR Policy Deployment: Guide the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment to business objectives and mandates.
- People Challenges and Succession Planning: Partner with leadership to address people challenges, succession planning, and workforce readiness.
- Continuous Learning and Development: Drive continuous learning and development, digital transformation, and foster a future-ready workforce.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience managing HR operations in a manufacturing setup.
Skills: Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, audits, and HR processes; extensive experience in fast-paced recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy deployment; proven proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite; excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
