Enablemining is seeking an experienced data analyst to join their team on a fixed contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with statistical modeling and algorithm development, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business outcomes
  • Mine and analyze structured and unstructured data using tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Spark
  • Develop predictive models and simulations to optimize customer experience and revenue
  • Assess and validate new data sources and collection methods for accuracy and relevance
  • Develop custom data models and scalable algorithms tailored to business needs
  • Use Power BI to visualize insights and communicate findings effectively
  • Lead automation of data flows, reporting, and analytical processes using Python, R, Power Query, and cloud-based tools
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams to deploy models and monitor performance
  • Design and implement tools and processes to track model accuracy, data quality, and business impact
  • Deliver training modules and mentor junior analysts to build analytical capability across the organization
  • Share best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement and data literacy

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field, at least 2 years' experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling, and proven experience in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
