Job Overview

The role involves conducting thorough controls assessments in both manual and automated environments, developing policies and procedures, and supporting client engagements with accurate and timely deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive controls assessment in manual and automated environments to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare, review, and maintain policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet industry standards
  • Maintain effective working relationships with client management and project managers, ensuring clear communication on service expectations, timing, and deliverables
  • Apply in-depth understanding of complex information systems to provide expert guidance in client situations
  • Leverage knowledge of client business and industry to identify technological advancements and evaluate their impact on engagements
  • Coordinate with engagement managers and client management to provide regular updates on project progress, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Collaborate with the engagement team to plan work, develop relevant workpapers, and deliverables that meet client needs and expectations
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of controls, IT systems, and audit methodology to drive results-oriented approaches
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure compliance and quality
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
