Job Title: Informatica Developer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled Informatica Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  1. ">
  2. Design and develop complex data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter / IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services).">
  3. Develop, enhance, and maintain Informatica mappings, workflows, and sessions.">
  4. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from diverse sources such as flat files, Oracle DB, Salesforce, SAP (RFC/BAPI/OS integration), and others.">
  5. Execute file validation scripts, encryption/decryption, file creation, and secure transfers.">
  6. Support month-end activities, ensuring timely data loads and reconciliations.">
  7. Monitor and troubleshoot ETL job failures, system performance, and process bottlenecks.">
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support inflight projects (e.g., new company code inclusion in CMS, UAT upgrades, WC mapping discussions).">
  9. Provide operational support for daily feeds including DDF, CDS, FAME, and others across multiple geographies (Japan, UK, France, New Zealand).">
  10. Participate in Informatica upgrade projects, service restarts, and automation initiatives.">
  11. Handle support tickets (90–120/month), ensuring SLA compliance and timely resolution.">
  12. Contribute to process improvement, documentation, and automation of recurring tasks.">

Requirements:

  1. ">
  2. 3–7 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter / IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services).">
  3. Strong expertise in ETL design, development, and performance tuning.">
  4. Hands-on experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and file-based systems.">
  5. Familiarity with file encryption/decryption tools and secure data transfer protocols.">
  6. Experience handling large-scale data (300GB DB, 350–400 files daily, 300+ interfaces).">
  7. Strong troubleshooting skills for job failures, connection issues, and performance bottlenecks.">
  8. Exposure to automation of validation processes, service restarts, and operational scripts.">
  9. Experience working in multi-shift support models (APAC, IST, UK) and global team environments.">
  10. Good understanding of data quality, cleansing, and transformation best practices.">
