Unlock Your Potential as a Finance Expert

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM/Finance Functional Consultant to join our team. As a highly skilled professional, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle EPM modules, providing functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and lead workshops.

This is a full-time remote contract role that requires flexibility to align with US business hours and availability during key milestone meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Configuration: Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules (Planning, PBCS etc.) with expertise in this area.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Provide financial planning and analysis expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to guide major decisions and ensure future profitability.
  • Functional Expertise: Offer functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and lead workshops to drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience as end-user, power user, or admin of leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools (PBCS, EPBCS, EPCMCS, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAC).
  • Skills: Strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Close and reconciliation.
  • Certifications: Oracle certifications (EPM or Financials) are a plus.
  • Education: Chartered accountant or MBA finance background is preferred.
