The role of Technical Architect - Cloud Platforms involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and secure systems that support our engineering and product teams.
This includes automating processes, optimizing infrastructure, and ensuring smooth CI/CD pipelines across multiple cloud platforms. As a technical team member, you will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and contributing to architectural decisions.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related fields
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Proficient with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or Go
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging systems like Datadog, New Relic, ELK, Prometheus, or CloudWatch
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and Linux-based systems
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and deploying cloud-based architectures
- Maintaining high levels of system availability and performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
